The patch titled
     Subject: printk: do not compute the size of the message twice
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     printk-do-not-compute-the-size-of-the-message-twice.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

This is just a tiny optimization.  It removes duplicate computation of the
message size.
