The patch titled
     Subject: doc/kernel-parameters.txt: add early_ioremap_debug
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     doc-kernel-parameterstxt-add-early_ioremap_debug.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/doc-kernel-parameterstxt-add-early_ioremap_debug.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/doc-kernel-parameterstxt-add-early_ioremap_debug.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:

   c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a
