The patch titled
     Subject: drivers/fmc/fmc-write-eeprom.c: fix decimal permissions
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     drivers-fmc-fmc-write-eepromc-fix-decimal-permissions.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
