The patch titled
     Subject: pagewalk: remove argument hmask from hugetlb_entry()
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     pagewalk-remove-argument-hmask-from-hugetlb_entry.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/pagewalk-remove-argument-hmask-from-hugetlb_entry.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/pagewalk-remove-argument-hmask-from-hugetlb_entry.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:

Subject: pagewalk: remove argument hmask from hugetlb_entry()

hugetlb_entry() doesn't use the argument hmask any more, so let's remove
it now.
