The patch titled

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mm-hugetlb-improve-page-fault-scalability-fix.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/mm-hugetlb-improve-page-fault-scalability-fix.patch
