The patch titled
     Subject: mm/mempolicy.c: convert to pr_foo()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-mempolicyc-convert-to-pr_foo.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
