The patch titled
     Subject: mm-document-improved-handling-of-swappiness==0-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-document-improved-handling-of-swappiness==0-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-document-improved-handling-of-swappiness==0.patch
