The patch titled
     Subject: softirq: use const char * const for softirq_to_name, whitespace neatening
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     softirq-use-const-char-const-for-softirq_to_name-whitespace-neatening.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Reduce data size a little.
Reduce checkpatch noise.
