The patch titled
     Subject: Documentation/blockdev/ramdisk.txt: updates
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     documentation-blockdev-ramdisktxt-updates.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
