The patch titled
     Subject: mm/migrate: remove unused function, fail_migrate_page()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-migrate-remove-unused-function-fail_migrate_page.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
