The patch titled
     Subject: mm: numa: trace tasks that fail migration due to rate limiting
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-numa-trace-tasks-that-fail-migration-due-to-rate-limiting.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: mm: numa: trace tasks that fail migration due to rate limiting

A low local/remote numa hinting fault ratio is potentially explained by
failed migrations.  This patch adds a tracepoint that fires when migration
fails due to migration rate limitation.
