The patch titled
     Subject: ocfs2: fix sparse non static symbol warning
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ocfs2-fix-sparse-non-static-symbol-warning.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
