The patch titled
     Subject: Documentation/: update FireWire debugging documentation
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     documentation-update-firewire-debugging-documentation.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/documentation-update-firewire-debugging-documentation.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/documentation-update-firewire-debugging-documentation.patch
