The patch titled
     Subject: Documentation/DocBook/device-drivers.tmpl: fix generation of device-drivers
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     documentation-docbook-device-driverstmpl-fix-generation-of-device-drivers.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
