The patch titled
     Subject: kernel: remove CONFIG_USE_GENERIC_SMP_HELPERS cleanly
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kernel-remove-config_use_generic_smp_helpers-cleanly.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
