The patch titled
     Subject: backlight: lp8788: staticize 'default_bl_config'
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     backlight-lp8788-staticize-default_bl_config.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
