The patch titled
     Subject: ocfs2: use find_last_bit()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ocfs2-use-find_last_bit.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

We already have find_last_bit().  So just use it as described in the
comment.
