The patch titled
     Subject: mm-factor-commit-limit-calculation-fix-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-factor-commit-limit-calculation-fix-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-factor-commit-limit-calculation.patch
