The patch titled
     Subject: backlight: atmel-pwm-bl: use gpio_request_one
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     backlight-atmel-pwm-bl-use-gpio_request_one.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/backlight-atmel-pwm-bl-use-gpio_request_one.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/backlight-atmel-pwm-bl-use-gpio_request_one.patch
