The patch titled

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/smaps-show-vm_softdirty-flag-in-vmflags-line-fix.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/smaps-show-vm_softdirty-flag-in-vmflags-line-fix.patch
