- lockdep-ifdef-fix.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     lockdep ifdef fix

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     lockdep-ifdef-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

CONFIG_DEBUG_LOCK_ALLOC=y
# CONFIG_PROVE_LOCKING is not set

spin_unlock_irqrestore() goes through lockdep but spin_lock_irqsave() doesn't.
Apparently, bad things happen.
