The patch titled
Switch mxser and moxa from hand decoding speeds
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename is
switch-mxser-and-moxa-from-hand-decoding-speeds.patch
This patch was dropped because it needs the new termios stuff, which seem to generate a reject storm
