The patch titled

     drivers/pci/hotplug/acpiphp_glue.c: make a function static

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     gregkh-pci-acpiphp-configure-_prt-v3-cleanup.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
