The patch titled

     BLOCK: Move the ReiserFS device ioctl compat stuff to the ReiserFS driver

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     block-move-the-reiserfs-device-ioctl-compat-stuff-to-the-reiserfs-driver.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
