The patch titled

     BLOCK: Move __invalidate_device() to block_dev.c

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     block-move-__invalidate_device-to-block_devc.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

more easily be disabled when the block layer is disabled.
