- fs-kconfig-split-adfs.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     fs/Kconfig split: adfs

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     fs-kconfig-split-adfs.patch

This patch was dropped because the CONFIG_BLOCK stuff trashed it

files.  Not realy suitable for applying to subsystem git trees (please).
