- fs-kconfig-split-jfs.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     fs/Kconfig split: jfs

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     fs-kconfig-split-jfs.patch

This patch was dropped because the CONFIG_BLOCK stuff trashed it
