- config_acpi_srat-numa-build-fix.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     CONFIG_ACPI_SRAT NUMA build fix

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     config_acpi_srat-numa-build-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
