has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename is
rtc-s3cc-fix-time-setting-checks.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Fix the year check on setting the time with the S3C24XX RTC driver. Also
move the debug to before the set to see what is going on if it does fail.
