The patch titled

     Replace ARCH_HAS_SOCKET_TYPES with CONFIG_ARCH_SOCKET_TYPES

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     replace-arch_has_socket_types-with.patch

This patch was dropped because it looks like we should be adding all-arch stubs
