- calgary-iommu-break-out-of.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     x86_64: Calgary IOMMU: break out of pci_find_device_reverse if dev not found

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     calgary-iommu-break-out-of.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
