- taskstats-free-skb-avoid-returns-in.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     taskstats: free skb, avoid returns in send_cpu_listeners

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     taskstats-free-skb-avoid-returns-in.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Add a missing freeing of skb in the case there are no listeners at all. 
Also remove the returning of error values by the function as it is unused
by the sole caller.
