The patch titled

     sched: build_sched_domains() fix

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     sched-build_sched_domains-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Use the correct groups while initializing sched groups power for
allnodes_domain.  This fixes the crash observed while creating exclusive
cpusets.
