The patch titled

     vm/agp: remove private page protection map

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     vm-agp-remove-private-page-protection-map-2.patch

This patch was dropped because it is obsolete

AGP keeps its own copy of the protection_map, upcoming DRM changes will
also require access to this map from modules.
