The patch titled

     per-task-delay-accounting: delay accounting usage of taskstats interface

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     per-task-delay-accounting-delay-accounting-usage-of-taskstats-interface.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
