- tpm-fix-failure-path-leak.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     TPM: fix failure path leak

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     tpm-fix-failure-path-leak.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
