- update-ramdisk-documentation.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     Update ramdisk documentation

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     update-ramdisk-documentation.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The default ramdisk blocksize is actually 1024, not 512 bytes.  Also fixes
up some trailing whitespace issues.
