- revert-slabc-lockdep-locking-change.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     revert slab.c lockdep locking change

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     revert-slabc-lockdep-locking-change.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Chandra Seetharaman reported SLAB crashes caused by the slab.c lock
annotation patch.  There is only one chunk of that patch that has a
material effect on the slab logic - this patch undoes that chunk.
