- smsc-ircc2-fix-section-reference-mismatches.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     smsc-ircc2: fix section reference mismatches

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     smsc-ircc2-fix-section-reference-mismatches.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

subsystem_configurations array is only used by an __init function,
therefore it should be marked __initdata, not __devinitdata.
