The patch titled

     lockdep: clean up completion initializer in smpboot.c

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     lockdep-clean-up-completion-initializer-in-smpbootc.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
