Subject: usbcore: fix bug in usb_uevent

Somehow in all the confusion over that long series of patches last weekend,
a few lines of code failed to be removed in usb_uevent(). This bug causes
a nasty hang during bootup as soon as a USB host controller is probed.
This patch (as744) removes the excess code.
