The patch titled

     x86_64: add a MAINTAINERS entry for Calgary

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     x86_64-add-a-maintainers-entry-for-calgary.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
