- jmicron-pci-identifiers.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     Jmicron PCI identifiers

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     jmicron-pci-identifiers.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: Jmicron PCI identifiers

Merged and put into order with the the rest of the vendors (by hex value
of vendor id). Added the other device identifiers as the patches for
enabling both functions of the chip will need them.

Driver code bits will follow once tested further (libata ones via Jeff
Garzik).
