The patch titled

     lockdep: annotate enable_in_hardirq()

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     lockdep-annotate-enable_in_hardirq.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Make use of local_irq_enable_in_hardirq() API to annotate places that enable
hardirqs in hardirq context.

Has no effect on non-lockdep kernels.
