The patch titled

     ieee1394: nodemgr: remove unnecessary includes

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     ieee1394-nodemgr-remove-unnecessary-includes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
