- lockdep-annotate-timer-base-locks.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     lockdep: annotate timer base locks

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     lockdep-annotate-timer-base-locks.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Split the per-CPU timer base locks up into separate lock classes, because they
are used recursively.

Has no effect on non-lockdep kernels.
