- lockdep-annotate-serial.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     lockdep: annotate serial

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     lockdep-annotate-serial.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Teach special (dual-initialized) locking code to the lock validator.  Has no
effect on non-lockdep kernels.
