The patch titled

     lockdep: annotate futex

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     lockdep-annotate-futex.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

double_lock_hb() to unify double- hash-bucket-lock taking.
