The patch titled

     lockdep: irqtrace cleanup of include/asm-i386/irqflags.h

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     lockdep-irqtrace-cleanup-of-include-asm-i386-irqflagsh.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
