The patch titled

     lockdep: remove RWSEM_DEBUG remnants

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     lockdep-remove-rwsem_debug-remnants.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

RWSEM_DEBUG used to be a printk based 'tracing' facility, probably used for
very early prototypes of the rwsem code.  Remove it.
